Sindhi Pulao Sindhi Pulao is a dish which is very tasty and easy to be prepared.. It is also called as Red pulao. It tastes more good if had with papad,curd or any bhaji. The combination of Sai bhaji and this pulao is very famous in Sindhi's. Hope you'll try it.. Ingredients needed 1) Oil = 5-6 tpsn. 2) Onions = 2. 3) Rice = 2 cups. 4) Salt = as per your taste. 5) Red chili powder = as per your taste. 6) Water = as per rice(more than rice when putted in pan). Steps for preparing the pulao. 1) Keep the rice to soak. Wash it 2-3 times before adding to the mixture. 2) Put oil in a pan and add onions to it. Cook it till it turns into dark brown colour. 3) After the onions turn brown add red chili powder and salt to it. 4) Mix the mixture well. 5) Add ½ cup of water to it and let it boil for 1 min. 6) Then add eive to it. 7) Mix the mixture properly again. 8) Then add remaining 1½ cup of water. 9) Close the lid and keep it for 20 mins. 10) After taking the lid ...

Sai Bhaji [Green(Spinach+Dal) Vegetable] Sai bhaji is one of the best dish in Sindhi recipes. Usually spinach is said to be somewhat bitter, but in this it wont taste bitter at all as we add chana dal to it. This you can have with chapati or rice, whichever u prefer more. It tastes the best with a papad along with it.   It is a very easy dish with a best taste. Hope you prepare it and like it too.. Ingredients Spinach = 2. Tomatoes = 2. Onions = 2.
